I’m kicking this years Blogtober off good and proper with an autumnal themed candle collection! I rarely burn candles throughout the Summer so that transition into Autumn is aaaaall about the candles for me. Here is a little collection of some new ones I’ve collected over the last month:
B&M CINNAMON SUGARED DOUGHNUT £3.99
I saw Haysparkle post about this candle and just had to get it! This was only a few quid from B&M, the jar is so lovely and the lid makes it look a lot more expensive than it is. It reminds me of the Bath & Body Works candles in terms of design, the scent is also lovely although it smells more of cinnamon than doughnut but it’s still very autumnal and the copper lid is beautiful. The 2 wicks also mean it burns a lot more evenly.
B&M PUMPKIN SPICE £2.49
I found this whilst looking for the cinnamon sugared doughnut candle so this was a happy accident. I had been looking for a pumpkin spice scented candle for a while and for £2.49 you can’t really go wrong. It was 3 wicks so it burns nice and evenly, I get wafts of it whenever I go near our fireplace even if it’s not burning.
WOODWICK PUMPKIN BUTTER WAX MELT £2.72
I love Woodwick, I normally go for the candles because I adore the crackle they give but as they are quite pricey so I got this little one of eBay to try a cheaper option to check I liked it before forking out for something bigger and crackly. It smells like a Pumpkin Spiced Latte without the coffee, it’s spicy yet creamy and even Ben likes it.
This is my favourite scent out of the lot, more of a Christmas one but it smells too amazing to not use NOW. It looks like cookie brittle and I love everything about it, the scent is spot on for me! This Yankee Christmas Cookie but with a lovely spice. It’s my new favourite!
Another one from Emily Makes Boutique, this one smells like a bakery filled with festive treats! The waffle scent really comes through which I wasn’t expecting! I’ve had candles from Yankee that are supposed to smell of x, y or z baked goods and I get the flavour but never the baked part.
So those are my current favourites for Autumn! What are yours?
